Finally watched the episode. Couple of things to comment regarding the love triangle (er..square)

1. Apart from my thinking it was wrong for Purvi to leave Onir like that or demand that he treat Ovi, in fairness to Purvi, she didn't know that Ovi had moved into the D. house... it's not like she said she was going to the Kirloskar house. She thought she would just be with her family. I don't think she expected to see Arjun or Ovi there. At the same time it is odd that she should even want to see Ovi as much as she does..I wouldn't 😆

I think Purvi's love for Arjun was very very apparent and painful. Watching the two of them together was very painful for her. She told her aai a long time ago that she couldn't bear to watch Arjun with someone else. I don't think that has changed. (then she should have stayed far away i guess)

2. In fairness to Ovi (😲..can't believe i am saying that 😆 )...but just when she had her aai back and was being fed like a baby - which is where she is emotionally - here comes Purvi...the one whom her mother gave all the mothering to instead of her, and the one that Arjun loves instead of her. Regardless of what i think of Ovi...that's gotta be really really difficult too. Once in a while i feel sorry for Ovi...today's epi was one of them. From her view point it wasn't fair..and in a way it wasn't.

edit: (although if i think about it for more than a minute or two i am remembering that Ovi should never have married a man who said he would always love another...he was honest...and she should respect that...as far as her mother is concerned ...she's had six months to bask in her love but all she has done is complain...ahh..forget # 2...😆 😆 it was just Shruti's good acting that made me feel sorry for her and lose my senses..) 😲

3. And of course, Arjun's pain was very very apparent also...his love for Purvi will never leave ..as much as i do like Dr. Onir a lot...so far he's precious...the real eternal love exists between Arjun and Purvi, imo.

i hate love triangles and foursomes, but the cv's did portray the pain and anguish in everyone's heart very well. They did a good job script wise today, and of course the actors are what make it so real. Not only the foursome but the tension in the room by all the actors was effected perfectly.

But...why have a triangle or a foursome in the first place? It's not entertaining. Just very depressing. 🤢

Hi Naava. Let me share what i have in mind regarding your question. I think scriptwriters included love triangle to spice up the story. I agree that it is heatbreaking to witness such a lovely relationship break up after making viewers fall in love with ARVI jodi but i personally think that scriptwriters are doing this on purpose to be different from the usual predictable love story. Keep your patience at stretch dear. If ARVI jodi is meant to be together, we will see them reunite like Manav and Archana. I guess we will have to wait 1 to 2 years more to see them back together again like what happened to AR-MAN.

Very nice to hear from you in a post (Should we call you Mia or something else 😊 ? ) .

In PR a usual predictable love story would be so welcome, and such a novel idea.😆

The problem to me is that Ekta's love triangles are so strange and not normal. Having a man divorce the woman he loves (ARMAN) and hasn't even had babies with yet, to marry someone he doesn't love one little bit, just to give his dead brother's child a name is bizarre.

But the situation with the ARVI and Onir and Ovi...is even worse because they actually did marry others for very dumb reasons, and having babies with the others...that makes it so unattractive even if they do get back together.

1 or 2 more years...oh dear. not for me,,,😆

@Naava - Sweetie you may call me Mia 😳
What i have noticed for years of watching indian serials, answers to such questions of a certain problem takes about a month or two before they reveal to viewers and worse reunion of two people in love takes ages before it happens. I have observed this even with other serials. Usually they make us love the jodis then break our hearts by separating them. I guess this is their way of making us appreciate more the reunion of our well-loved couples after a long torturous wait. As the saying goes "Like a rainbow after the rain, there's always a good thing after the pain" But legend has it that at the end of every rainbow sits a selfish leprachaun and that leprechaun is Ovi, waiting there to take away the pot of gold from Purvi.
