After watching today's epi and everyone saying how happy purvi is, I think it is foreshadowing the pain that will come to Purvi in the future because of them.

I think you are right... Archana was telling everyone how happy Purvi is when she barely saw how Purvi's life really was.. You could see that Manju was already jealous..

I also think that Ovi might run away with Purvi's baby.

Dear Kools,

What a deadly summing up!😉 Alas, it seems to be a little too late for poor, dear Onir, who is clearly legally married to her, and now equally clearly in the suds. But then, this is generally the fate of all the unfortunate males of the species who have the misfortune to get entangled with the resident manipulation and dumping specialist, aka Purvi.

Onir is obviously her new bakra, while we are still having to watch Bakra No.1, aka Arjun Kirloskar, driven to total desperation and reduced, to borrow my own phrase, a (very limp) pajama. He is still reminiscing about his eternal beloved and weeping. What has she reduced him to? It is enough to make ME weep, and I am emphatically not the crying kind.

I do not know what it is with these men that they let themselves be manipulated and used like this. Arjun to Arjun, ab Onir bhi?

I had recommended elsewhere that Purvi should be made, like David Copperfield, to wear a board on her back with large black lettering reading "BEWARE OF HER, SHE DITCHES!". That should be of some help!

Nobody should marry Purvi . Not Onir , not Arjun , not anyone . She should just stay with Sulo chana . I feel sorry for the company she works in and also for her husbands . She will never give anyone happiness .

Ovi should divorce Ariun and go to Canada .

Dear ashfaque,

If Purvi is indeed stepping into a trap, would it not be totally one of her own making?

But I am not at all concerned about what she does to herself. That is her choice and her business. I am only concerned with what she has done to Arjun and what she is now doing to Onir.

Purvi thinks of nothing but her paarivaar, and has no consideration or respect for either of the unfortunate and very decent men who have had the misfortune to become involved with her. Nor does she ever hesitate to manipulate them any which way to get what she wants at that moment.. By hook or by crook, and it is usually by crook.

She has already totally destroyed Arjun, and now she is emotionally blackmailing Dr. Onir, a man who loves and trusts her unconditionally, into doing what she wants by running away to Mumbai and forcing him to follow her there. Is this the kind of behaviour you would recommend to a wife vis a vis a loving and caring husband? That too one who had accepted all her prevarications and her hiding of the truth about herself, and this without a single word of complaint? Which husband would take such lies with such understanding?

She should be thanking God on her knees for getting a husband like Onir. Moreover, after marriage, a wife's first duty is to her husband. Not to her parivaar, and if there is a clash, she should support him. If she cannot be loyal to him, she should not marry at all. Nobody forced her to do so, did they? She did it on her own, and now she should stand by her saat vachan. Where are all the sanskaars she was always talking about - did they teach to blackmail her husband in this fashion?

Purvi's character has been butchered beyond recognition, and as one who has defended her strongly in the past, I have now had more than enough of it. . All that remains is for it to be announced that her baby is an illegitimate progeny of hers and Arjun's. That, for me, will be the last straw, and it will be the day I quit PR for good, in total and utter disgust at the kind of values being propagated in the serial.

Purvi is forcing Onir to do the treatment of Ovi becuase she loves ovi very much becuase she always consider & thinking that ovi is her sister to know that ovi hate her. If ovi understand Purvi yes or no. This is really sister care. This proved that how Purvi are different others ARMAN's children. Another thing not only Purvi but everyone DK & Deshmukh family pushes Purvi to do agree Dr. Onir to treatment devil ovi.

Ovi & punni will make Purvi's life hell. Punni will like to seperate Purvi from Onir, so that she can marry Onir. One thread I read that punni's engagement are fixed but she not interest. Because punni want to live first Arjun now will Onir.

Purvi now stepping into a trap.

Purvi feels that she owes so much to the Deshmukhs.. Primarily Archana since she gave her a home and love even though she was an orphan. When she was with Archana these 18 years all Archu talked about was how much she wanted her family back.. Now that her family is back she somehow feels obligated to make sure they are always happy.. She always blames herself for Ovi's unhappiness... Copy from others. Sorry but this is also my opinion.

I have no problem with anything of what you have stated below, as also with the similar opinions of those whom you are quoting, except that Purvi's gratitude and sense of obligation to the Deshmukhs do not end with her making sacrifices on her own, which would be perfectly correct and even noble . The problem arises when she sacrifices other people, in this case Arjun, and when she uses both Onir and Arjun for her own purposes.

At least with Arjun, one could say it was his own fault as well, since he agreed to marry Ovi to please Purvi. But what of Onir? He has been solidly lied to, and now he is going to be blackmailed emotionally into doing something that he feels strongly is professionally wrong.

If you want to worship God at a temple, you bring or buy your own puja thali. You do not force someone else to give you their thali. This is exactly what Purvi does. If she wants to bequeath her soul to the Deshmukhs, she is perfectly free to do it on her own, but not to drag a husband or a lover into it by manipulating them.

I am afraid you have not answered any of my questions @ blue. I am not surprised, however, for they are not easy to answer, especially when one wants to preserve Purvi's image of a true blue sanskaari girl. I have always said that I could NEVER forgive her for what she did to Arjun, and now she is got to work on Onir as well. Never mind, whatever was to happen to Arjun has happened, and whatever is to happen to Onir will happen.

As for Purvi, who has got away remarkably easily so far, I am waiting to see when, and how, the reckoning comes, if it comes at all. If her baby is indeed Arjun's and that comes out in Mumbai, she will face the music good and proper, and deservedly so.

It is not what a girl reduces a man to . It is what a man reduces himself to where a girl or love affairs are concerned . I believe that the power of reducing or elevating one's persona lies only and only with the individual . A man who dances on a girl's tunesclaiming he has found 'love' is a very weak man .

Instead of being in such a terribly unhappy wedlock Ovi should now take initiative , divorce Arjun and go to Canada . She should focus on her carrer of modelling and stay away as far as possible from Archana , Arjun and Purvi . The former two as they are eternal Purvi glorifiers and the latter as she is the source of her problems .

Arjun can do whatever he wants with his life . He wants Purvi ...well he should get her and be sacrificed again and again and again like a goat whose head seems to grow like the snakes on Medusa's head. Er ...i believe they grew back . He can have a wonderful life being a sacriificial ingredient . The best way to deaden thepain when being sacrificed is to listen to hindi film songs like Darmiyaan in the head .

Purvi has her role model ...Archana . She herself has said it so I will say nothing more . Like Archana had Manav who agreed to all her stupidities Purvi has Arjun and her rich Baba who will finance all her schemes and declare she is wonderful by looking at his wife's face .

As far as Onir is concerned , he should run .
