I'm Bengali and Mishti means "sweet". It's a nickname or a pet name that Dr.Onir gave to Purvi. He calls her that lovingly (or as others said, when Arjun seems to be around 😆). He does call her Purvi as well. So, she hasn't changed her name.

yes onir call purvi as mishti most of time but he also call her purvi sometime...remember when onir intorduce his wife to arjun he said him she is my wife mrs. purvi onir dutt...so purvi's name not change after marriage...woh to onir hi bahot pyaaarrr se purvi ko mishti bulata hain...i like whenever he call purvi as mishti...its jst osm only ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️PUNIR❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
