So it be safe to say that Arjun has no idea that Purvi is also pregnant with his child. So when they meet everyone will assume that it is Purvi's husband who is the father. Unless someone is smart enough to calculate the dates. Please let it be Ovi to figure it out. Or maybe that romantic sequence that ArVi shot in Kolkatta was not a dream sequence but it happened But Purvi did say she would b 8 months preggers on sbs.
