Kalapi I get your point and totally agree on married woman must balance both relationship. It was not like Arjun-DK lived in other state and Ovi was to leave them to see mother...Its in town and visiting hospital would not have been a big deal.

I do not know about Indra, but as for Narada Muni, we have a saying in Tamil, Narada kalaha priya, meaning that Narada loves creating kalaha, or trouble/ misunderstanding/ falling out.

There is often a difference between the puranic conception of a character and the popular conception, and this could be a good example of that at work. This is why, in all those delightful mythological films made by Gemini Studios and others till the 1960s, Narada was always shown as very mischievous, though not maliciously so, and was played for laughs.

Parashurama was of course a very fierce character, and then he was also an avatar of Lord Vishnu, though obviously not a purnavatar, as then he could not have co-existed with Rama.

I liked your exposition on Daksha's character a lot.

Of course I agree with you about Archana's terminal folly in getting Balan bailed out. But what I am lamenting is the fact that she is not even going to be stuck in the hospital for a few days, but is already back at her do-gooding. And not a squeak from Manav with the strongest possible 'I told you so" that no spouse but he would have passed up!

But that is not the main point I wanted to make. It is that Purvi was back in my good books, as soon as I heard her mention her Balan Kaka. (She is as good at pinpointing every relationship as my nani used to be, right up the 4th generation backwards). I started laughing so hard that tears filled my eyes and I could not see the rest of that segment.

It was too priceless, and I am now on pins for the sight of her trying to win over Thug No.1 on top of Soham/Vishnu. Did I not tell you that our Purvi was not looking the least bit lost? See now, she is gung ho to take on the toughest nut of them all!

Where I was off track was in thinking that her next target would be Arjun-Ovi. It is obviously going to be Balan-Vishnu. I do not know if Varsha is given to slapping persons she detests, but if that is so, Purvi will be Candidate No.1, especially since Varsha is already getting het up about Vishnu running into the Deshmukhs so often. If she barges in and tries sweet talking her Soham Dada as soon as she finishes eavesdropping, she's had it from both sides.

All in all, much fun awaits, and I look forward to Monday.

Lastly, there was an explanation for Purvi's presence in the hospital, for Manav told DK that the hospital staff had found Purvi's number in Archana's phone and called her. As for Ovi, though I could not watch the latter part of the segment as I was busy laughing, perhaps Archana wanted her to stand in for herself at the gifts distribution to the needy.

Balan has even thought of burning the business down . Result of that bailing . My son asked something from me for the first time indeed . When he was really of that age to make such childish demands she kept him coolly with her sister .

Teju has become so unreal that frankly i have lost interest in her . All she does is Archana gun gaan . So whats new ...lemme see the list . Damodar , DK , Manav, Sulo , Purvi and now even poor Savita is forced to do it .

The first question Teju should have asked is why was i not informed .

Thats why i find Ovi more real in the twins .

Even in marathi we call Narad as 'kalicha narad ' meaning he presses the correct button for inflaming a person

But theres a reason for it and i will give my thoughts on it some day .
