Guilty pleasure

I felt sorry for Ovi today. It's the first time ever that I felt sorry for the girl. She was in love with Arjun since she was a little girl. She can't help but be selfish. And I am not taking her side , but I think we have 100 more episodes to see until Ovi finally gives up. Also, I want Ovi to tell Archana about how it was Poornima who was the one to convince Ovi against Purvi. I fail to understand how getting Arjun and Ovi married will do anything to the show's TRPs. Ekta can't complain about how terrible the ratings are if she keeps showing us the same storylines in every serial. Ever since, Arvi got engaged we all knew that the marriage was not going to take. KNOWING EKTA. But, I don't know why the glamour, the faces and the same old story lines of Ekta are all a guilty pleasure.
