It is wrong of purvi to suggest this and for Arjun to actually go along with it is equally wrong. He could have just as easily said no to purvi just as purvi could have said no to ovi.

is arjun grown up man or some ten year old child who will do what is being told to do.
uska khud ka dimaag kya ghaas charne gya tha. purvi se shaadi nahi karni thi na sahi khud kyon apni bali dene pe utaron ho utha.

i think it is more Purvi's fault for pressuring Arjun into marrying Ovi but i think Arjun still should've rejected her offer so it's both but mostly Purvi's.
