Yes , she looked more like his girlfriend than his mother ...😆
And I think she looked like the lovely full of hope young woman - twenty some year old Archana - who had a beautiful baby boy and two beautiful baby girls...and lost them all...for a moment in time she was this young mother again, looking with overflowing love at her sweet little boy.Time is an illusion... connections of heart are eternal.

Beautifully written, Naava. Reminded me of this post that has been going around Facebook of the poem found on this old aboriginal man after his death. Poignant, touching and realistic - he is a 90 something but wonders if the nurses and people dealing with him know of his youth, his young love, his children, grandchildren and how within him still dwells the same young spirit of the 17 yr old. Time is an illusion, I often think that when I see my mom giggle and behave like a young girl (sure my kids wonder at me too at times). Sorry to have digressed but sitting on a plane about to take off, your profound words hit home.
Archana was indeed looking beautiful beyond compare yesterday.
