Vikrant Massey is a fabulous actor...he used to play Shyam in Balika Vadhu until he decided to quit the serial. He is brilliant and I really like him but I doubt he can pull off playing Ankita's son. But then hardly anyone looks like Archana's children, so I guess it is alright. Vikrant is not a looker and is stick thin, but he is really really good actor. Sachin's character has so much potential, why don't the CVs work on the character rather than letting the actor go. Anyway, if the CVs are stubborn on making Sachin a useless character, I am all with Puru to look for greener pasture. Why should he waste his time scowling in the background?

earlier pr had a huge star cast more than what it is now but that time cv's knew what they are doing and they were balancing very well but now if cv's decide to go with one act they go with the same one for weeks and forget that there is rest of the cast also...

Yes, they did and did justice to the story. Now they have the older cast (like Rasi, Manju, Vandu, missing in action Ajit, Dharmesh etc), and additional faces. The problem for the audiences, esp. people like me, who are from the beginning is a disconnect. I feel (again my POV) that too many storyline left hanging and for me most often than not, PR loses its essence, it that sense. We need a tidy closure to some past tracks and a bit of developing character/storylines on the present ones. If we had a Sachu track, even as a negative to positive role, that needed a tidy handling by the Cvs so that a parallel track was developed and brought to a logical conclusion. At least in the older espisodes, when we had Varsha office drama or Vaisu marriage drama (I guess after a leap), those were to me tidied up before moving onto something else, I can't remember other parallel tracks happening during those major twist, but then I might not remember. Maybe, the Cvs did rush with the Ovi/Arjun/Purvi track resulting in the others track left hanging…my POV..or maybe as you say, Rash, they are clueless as to what they want. Lets hope they tidy up the triangle love story before introducing Soham, because I fear, that then one of the track will again just left cold…
