That is what happens from just commenting from the written update, the tones, the scenes are not there in the background...i don't like how Archana is treating Purvi 🤢 and Arjun for that matter...

1) She realizes how much Purvi means to Arjun and this is for real. He does not love Ovi, and had no intention of leading her on. We also see one important thing: and this is that Teju is of a different bent of Deshmukh so to speak 😆: she does not only see and hear what she wants to see and hear, and does not see things in only Black and White like the rest of the Deshmukhs. Though I have not seen the episode yet, based on the written update, I am already starting to warm up to her again because it seem that she is sincerely trying to find out the facts: what happened with her parents, what happened with Arjun- rather than rely on assumption. Of course, a girl after my own heart! 😉

2) Knowing what Archana has done to Arjun is a very good thing. I have a feeling she is going to try to find out what really happened with Arjun/Ovi, or maybe even put 2 and 2 together from her own recollections (Ovi telling her Arjun has been calling constantly to talk about their relationship and her own initial doubts, Arjun's reaction at the engagement fiasco, etc) I think she will warm up to both Arjun and Purvi and will ultimately be the major support for them along with Sulochana. Teju has proven to be very perceptive...when she sees Archana's cold behavior to Purvi and Arjun, she is bound to at least question this. I agree 100% with Jyothi, Shyamala, Bee, and the others on this one. Archana is definitely favoring her blood daughter Ovi over Purvi...there is no question. She loves Purvi, but subconsciously does not want Purvi to have happiness and love and all that her heart desires if Ovi cannot have that also. For Ovi, however, the reverse is ok. It is ok for Ovi to have what she wants and needs, and if Purvi has to wait for that, then no problem and no harm done.

The CVs have forced us to look at another angle of Archana's character that we did not want to see- and that possibly she herself doesnt even realize or want to face. But the hope here is that while Ovi is her own daughter, so is Teju, and she has shown that both have the ability to influence her. Since Ovi's pain is prompting her remarkable coldness and attitude to Arjun and Purvi, the hope is that in the same way Teju will influence warmth and a thawing and provide balance on the other side.

I know Shyamala my dear...you will say the CVs are not capable of thinking at that level...and you are probably undoubtedly right...but one can always hope!!! 😊
