@shyamala - I believe PR will complete 820 episodes by the week ending July 6 2012 meaning this week itself. That means there's 180 episodes left to reach 1000 which means that it might not be over by December. I too hope it wraps up in just a few more months and frees RD and Asha to do something better.

Thanks for the clarification; I was obviously wrong about the 1000 episodes, but I am not really to blame : it feels as though PR as been on forever!
