I agree Varsha, the CVs need to tone it down with Purvi and Archana. They need to pick their battles wisely. I didn't mind Purvi's outrage at workers being terminated but what makes her think that she had the right to send the fax and say we're going on strike?? Purvi's know it all attitude is not likable, its annoying.

Purvi is on my last nerve as well. The way she said firmly, we will not let this happen to us, we will give an answer to this was so annoying, who is she, a union leader to decide all of this? How can she be the Senior Manager at age of 18, did she have any college experience?

Poor Manav is having to all the way to India just because of threatening fax mail sent to him by Purvi, she said in her note, don't take this as a threat, it was a very severe threat she had made. She has to know her status, Manav is the owner of the company and he can retrench any worker he wants to without anyone questioning him.

Archana is suh a negative thinker. She thought that the owner would throw the fax in the trash, she always thinks worst of others and best of her own daughter Purvi. Purvi and Archana both are no saints, and neither is Sulo. Varsha Di, I laugh so hard on your comment about how Sulo was gloating about how her sanskaars and scheming and manipulative talks have been passed from genarartion to generation.

Sulo was so happy that her cubs were going on her path and becoming just like her. I don't want Arjun to fall in love with Puvi, Purvi will put him under her thumb and Arjun was MUCH better off with Ovi. Ovi may be spoiled in some ways but she is much better than sanskaari Purvi, Archu and Sulo Teen Chanas.

Purvi should be fired from the job and so should Archu. Purvi has caused loss for Punni and Ruchi. She even ruined Manju and Vinod's reputation. Have Manju, Vinod ever done anything bad to Purvi before? Manju may have snapped at Purvi before but that was just in defence of her daughter. We see Punni is trying to go on the right path today, she is repenting for her deeds but Purvi led to her a position to no point of return, she could've exposed her in a different way. But Punni was caught red handed with her pants down, how embarrassing could that be? I want Punni to take serious revenge on Purvi but just obey her parents. Now no one will want to marry Ruchi, because of Purvi and only Purvi. Who else's fault could this be?

Punni kept saying to Purvi, no I don't need you to interfere, so many times but do the Teen Chanas ever listen to anybody? They are very stubborn and head strong and do as they will.

& purvi didnt even care about that guy's future ... punni will immediately come to know that the same guy who had come to see her & said yes for purvi ... the same guy must have told her complete truth ... bcoz der were no other sources from where she can get detailed info

the same dk who is considerate about archana & convinces manav from time to time ... that same dk will be the first one to abuse archana when purvi will do satyanaash of arjun's life

the majestic peacock is going to become a lame piegon after coming in contact with purvi who has started her adventures of satyanaash

even i like purvi but my argument is ke why cv's are showing purvi's character extra smart.CV'S wanted to prove ke manav's up bringing is very bad and archana's upbringing is goodi dont want to see manav as a fail father or people like salochna question his up bringing or giving him lecture ke u are not a good father and...archana always give importance to purvi and her own daughters will have secondary place in her life its not fair at all .

i was shocked to see when the Manager of two years is FAXING the owner of the company, the bread and butter provider. and why?

for firing three employees she wants to go on a strike.😡
