Purvio was good and she was very nice in character but the looks were very compleicated for me. Archana was looking still youbger and if ever teju and ovi meet her they wlook older than archu, and also purvi she is cute but flatting beside archu.but regarding the leap characterisation for me the first impression was good on purvi and teju but bad on ovi. lets see how it unfolds

Thanks for the update Tanya.

Umm...wasn't the flack-back scene of the time where Arman were not so rich means before the 4 yrs leap atleast from there getup its seems so but as usual these PHs ppl forget to change the set of the bedroom I guess coz the room decoration were same as that of the 4 yrs leap.

Like most, I too am not very impressed with the characterisation of the younger generation. This doesn't fit the PR I knew. Even if a child grows up in a foreign country, he/she doesn't necessarily have to imbibe all the ways of that country. If the parents have proper values, they will impart those to their children. Some of the ways of the new country will be a part of the children, but not to the extent that they have no resemblance to how they would be if they grew up in the land of their birth.

I guarantee you, Savita would have played a role in how her grandchildren are today. She thinks that if you act hoity toity like some of the upper class, that means you are cultered and will be accepted by them. She had these tendencies after the 4 year leap when Manav first became rich.

I am amazed that someone of Sulochana's age didn't look one day older after 18 years. An older lady like she was pre 18 year leap, should have looked a bit older than she does now. At least they attempted it with Savita by making her wear glasses, but she still didn't look 18 years older.

Hiten and DK looked a bit older, but Archana sure doesn't look 18 years older. She looks gorgeous as usual, but not 18 years older. The characters who looked old to me were the D's grandkids.
