Yes..he is quitting and as per the source his last date is 23rd oct...

PR has now completely finished for me...😭

I sincerely thank Sushant for entertaining us for whole long years frm the PR and wish him all the very best for his future endeavours...😳

Note: Post your discussions nw regd his Quitting here itself..dont open new threads for the same, it wl be trashed😳

Okay I read the article now.

Although I had a feeling that this time it was for real.. but still was waiting for a confirmation.

I'm relieved that things are out in the open and Sushant has decided to move ahead in his career now.

He was Manav for me, the character I adored since the 2nd episode of the show (which was the 1st episode for me) and he will remain so forever. He lived the character. All the best to his replacement, but for me only Sushant is Manav. No one else can take his place.

Thank you for everything Sushant. Thank you very much,

You are an incredibly talented person and I hope you go a long way ahead from here.

The news of Sushant Singh Rajput (Manav) quitting Zee TV's Pavitra Rishta has been doing the rounds for quite sometime now. However, the latest news that is floating in from the sets is that the actor has finally decided to bid adieu to the show. The actor is currently serving his notice period and he will deliver his last dialogue for Pavitra Rishta on 23 October.

Reliable sources from the show informed that Sushant was supposed to quit the show last month but he decided to continue as the production house, Balaji, did not manage to find the apt replacement. The source further informed that queen of daily soaps Ekta Kapoor suggested Mrunal Jain's name as the replacement. But now that there is still some time before Sushant's exit, the production house is considering few more names.

Sushant's last day of shooting is 23 October after which a new face will essay his character. As reported earlier, Sushant wants to pursue film-making for which he intends to go abroad. Sushant also didn't approve of the leap sequence in the show which is round the corner.

We talked to Sushant Singh Rajput who said, "I can't comment at this point of time."

One of the major reasons for Pavitra Rishta's success is not just its storyline but also its lead actors Manav (Sushant Singh Rajput) and Archana (Ankita Lokhande). Viewers loved the chemistry between them. Now that Sushant will be out of the show, only time will tell how the masses will react to the change.

Queen of daily soaps? Really?

There was a time when she was the queen of daily soaps. Then all her soaps started failing or shut down. PR brought her back to the top, it revived her, but that still didn't make her the queen again. Her other shows continued failing or shut down.

Now she has only BALH which is doing well on the TRP's. 'Queen of soaps' and all is exaggeration, according to me.

I think Ekta will show leap now and bring fresh faces . That newAnukalp in Ram Milayee Jodi is just not jelling like Nishant Malkani did and TRPS have dropped . So instead of showing new Manav , show him dead ...Dharmeshs plan succesful this time and he trapped under crashing building or something while trying to SAVE . And Ankita can then shoulder it on her own with some handsome young faces around her and Manavs photo besides Sachin and Vishwas Kaka .What else to say .
