just listening some songs & also reading a brand management book, thats its,
but what r u doing now,

so how was ur bkfst,
right now i haven't take my bkfst yet,
bkfst only restricted too two glasses of tea,thats it😆

two cups of tea is enough for me to remove my laziness &
btw these days i have only drink 7 to 8 water ltrs per day,
i only take medicines usually when ks pain arises in my body.
becoz problem lies in my kidney its faces some problem in the ultra filtration process.so it only be cured by water therapy
