Manav made me confused

I read the promo of 16 june (not yet seen)as per promo manav is rich and mansi is his love interest. I also read that he says -aaj mera parivaar and archana kush hai,main bhi kush hoon.why he says-''main bhi''. Is that mean arman are separated and he is with aachana.He can say maine aur archana kush hai. Also I read that Manav has no smile on face when he says. Also it is written somewere when archana with good saree and baby sachu in hand is asked about manav she says -mujhe nahin pata manav kahaan hai aur main manav ko bhul chuki hoon aur kush hoon.
I m really confused why manav says that and what archana is doing at her mayaka. Help me frnd to understand what promo excatly is

Let's not read too much into the promo. Its better if we simply wait n watch. All is well! 😆

and not been confused..

First the promo he said..meri parivar...kush.and he said too...meri archana kush..so all his familly kush that why he is happy...this promo they are not seperated..

for he didn't smile...I will say..he is in peace with himself..even he don't smile...cause there are till his bad memories..how he run after money to save his child ect...that why his first aim..is to get money working hard ect..so that he will not be lack of money when he need...

For ARchu said in Sbb..she don't know where is Manv...Its Anki who Answer to confused us...

Whta she is doing...to her Mayka..Its her Aai anniversary...😊

but yes with Ekta we can be surprised at any time..
