I dont want to sound cold but savita never looked she is suffering from major disease as such, she was depressed because Manav didnt cared much for her post marriage, and she was told by Manav that he will never leave Archana, and she acted like a child who is denied of her wishes.....

She seemed pretty normal at times...and depressed sometimes, mood switches...

Dharmesh (slick business man) agreed to hire her because satish said she is productive at her work. When satish hired her 1st time they showed her as very quick learner and productive. It was mentioned that she was doing good job as supervisor...
