Best punishment for Dharmesh would be the both Madhuri and Vaishali should file for divorce.

Utishma totally agree with you.. He has to get the punishment.. It is getting delayed.

agree but then Vaishali should sue him for bigamy since she had no idea, so Madhuri gets alimony and property for Varun, and Vaishu gets a court case and pain and suffering money. This will hit his wallet and status..the two things he cares about the most!

Madhuri should ask for Alimony and Child support for Varun - That way she is not living on his DAYA and BHIKH (his generocity and alms). She will become financially self reliant.

Vaishali should ask for Alimony and child support for their unborn child.

this should hit Dharmesh hard where it counts - He is so obsessed with money that loosing a big chunk of it to these two ladies would really hurt.

I hope they show such a realistic track instead of some stupid track where both of them are sacrificing for eachother and in turn benift Dharmesh. But these CVs are many times going for "Stupid"

Guys I have one question, in India, do wives get 50% of everything their partner owns when they divorce?

If that's the case, both Madhuri and Vaishali should divorce him and get 50% each of Dharmesh's wealth and property.

So to tally it up: Madhuri gets 50%
Vaishali gets 50%

50% + 50%= 100%. Dharmesh loses EVERYTHING to his ex-wives.

dharmesh is a besharam he vll marry another girl if these both file divorce against him😡😡

Madhuri SHOULD divorce him and ask for alimony and part of property for her son and Vaishu, since she can't divorce him being an "illegal wife" she can file a report against batatawada to police that he married her without getting divorced. 😡
