i know many people think that savita's scream fest was tactless and harmed vandu in the end but i DONT agree. i know many will disagree with me but;
rasika and her daughter, manju have always insulted manav and vandu. vandu has always taken insults for the sake of peace and taken the higher road. has that helped her?? rasika still blames vandu if anything happens.
ajit also cannot fully defend vandu. he has to keep in mind his mother and be respectful to her.
come to the K-house party, manju insults manav, and vandu bears the brunt of it. did savita say anything to manju or say that rasika has to control her daughter?? NO.
many times, savita HASNT said anything, keeping in mind her daughter.
but even manju and rasika gang up on vandu when ajit isnt there!!
come to varsha's party, it WAS RASIKA, who started the insult fest, and manju put more fuel in the fire. it was after varsha n vaishu said anything, that savita spoke up, that to not to say anything against rasika IN PUBLIC.
it was rasika who continues to hate manav, not grateful that for one year, manav supported them, despite not having that financial freedom.
but what was the need to drag the matter and continue to insult manav and vandu? is it goin to change anything? is your SON FARING any better?
so,people like that, savita did the right thing. sometimes, one has to defend their children by giving two hoots about the consequences.
and rasika needed to be reminded WHAT HER SON WAS, IS and WHO IS THE REASON FOR PUTTING FOOD ON THEIR TABLE!
by savita saying anything/not saying anything, vandu isnt going to fare any better. she is still going to be mentally abused and harrased, and maybe savita's words will put some caution in rasika's mind.
i felt that savita has always picked and chosen her fights with rasika for the precise reason that her daughter will be affected. savita sacrificed her izzat for her daughter ( the dance) but now, SHE SPOKE UP FOR HER SON.
if anything, ajit knows his shortcomings and was likely pissed at the two women warring and embrassed that his saas had to shut his mother up.
