Okay guys, let me tell me at the outset- I'm not a very romantic person. Specially that passion wala romance is a bit too much for me. I feel mushy regarding it. More than the passion-wala romance, I like cute romance (as my FF readers will vouch for). That is the reason I liked ArMan romance.
But now- this romance is getting irritating. And seriously NOT LOGICAL. Do the CV's INTEND to show ArMan as husband wife or not? Till now, they are portraying them as two best friends living in together!!!😆
Its been a week since they've eloped, and two nights since they're in their house. Yet we've not seen even a hint of 'proper' intimacy.
Okay on the first few days, we had a reason- no chhat and no room.
When they got a house- another reason- it started raining, and they couldn't sleep. Plus I sort of felt that Manav was too worried after getting bruised etc to indulge into romance since his mind was on daana paani arrangement. Maybe they even felt that it wasn't right since they weren't legally married.
But what now??? In today's episode, there was no rain, no problem, they were even in a nice mood (as seen by yesterday's episode ending), legally married, happy after marriage-- so why not show some closeness, if not consummation?
Agreed that they are shy. But even when you are shy, you make a move na? Show some inclination at least? At least TRY to come a bit closer? Here they do nothing except TALK!!! When Manav Archu were married first time around, they actually tried to come closer- their progression seemed realistic. Here toh, nothing! I thought we would see something like that after Archana was pressing to sleep with Manav the other day, and he kept on refusing. But no!- the next scene they showed was both of them running for cover under the rain- okay accepted- but then??? Taye taye phish!!! 😕No kiss, no hug, no touching, no passion, not even pushing strand behind ears and eye-locking, nothing, both went to sleep!!!😡 Arey baba, we know this is a pavitra serial, but if husband wife are such... not even kissing on forehead, then one will easily assume them BROTHER SISTER!!!! Yes! I have slept on my brother's shoulder in this way in train... such a scene it was!!!😆
Nothing as yet is suggestive of a husband wife relationship or a romantic relationship. And it really doesn't seem logical- they are married, they have absolutely no problems with their relationship, they love each other, they don't have any third person to interrupt, they are hale and hearty (no sickness excuse), they are jobless (so no excuse of 'I'm oh-so-tired today'.) then what is the problem?
If it was a newly married couple, I would have understood that maybe they want to take things slow and get to know each other first. But these people are way toooooo comfortable with each other!!! They hug each other too, so what the heck is wrong then???
Okay since I always give people benefit of doubt, will do so here as well. I will try to give possible logical reasons behind the situation:
1.) ArMan are saints. 😆They feel that such Moh Maya and Kama is for neech people. Touching your partner is a sin. Kissing to... tauba tauba...!!! They may have left their mahanta aside, but their other saintly feelings stand the same.
2.) ArMan don't know how to do 'it'. They need BOOKS.😆
3.) ArMan simply don't feel the need. They are happy staring at each other. That gives them so much satisfaction and happiness that they don't feel the need to do anything. Why waste energy??😉 As it is there is lack of money to buy food- better conserve energy so that we can go to work tomorrow!😆
4.)It is a future sadistic track for the serial- to show that Manav LACKS something. CV's, you show this and I will drop the show!!!!!😡😡😡😡
So is this non-consummation, CV's hint of a future separation before SR and then more sadness and separation for months to come, with Archana and Manav pining for each other and living upto the title- 'PAvitra Rishta'???
Whatever it is, CV's, if you don't want to show them consummating so soon, fine! But at least show some reason for it! There is no reason for it! Your leads are coming across as irritating! The portrayal of their relationship is coming across as unnatural!! It really doesn't gel and is utterly unrealistic- at least to me!
