Extremely popular face of the television fraternity, Ankita Lokhande signed in to be a part of Sony's Jhalak Dikhlajaa Season 4. She is reconized as Archana Karanjkar of Pavitra Rishta. She is a great dancer and she proved it by performing many a times on the show.
Before working on Pavitra Rishta she struggled a lot to get a decent break. But she was fully prepared for that and it paid. Earlier she was supposed to act in Jay Mehta's 'Bali Umar Ko Salaam', she did the promos also but later Ankita did not continued with it. As that was not for the lead role Ankita Lokhande do not regret for it
