Maybe he would have done it for any girl but he said himself once that he does a little extra more when the girl is Archana ...

I loved how he was so worried about how this slap would imapct archu .He didn't care about himself or his image .

Also was happy that first time ever he answered back to jaywant ..

I am just worried about Archu now .I think now Archu will seriously believe that she si the worst thign to have happened to manav and will start keeping her distance .She will think that her marriage to jaywant will make Manav's life easy
