Dharmesh doesnt know Manav at all well enuf....nor does he know what happened in his factory....only Jaywant and Archana knew this.
Jaywant for his dislike for MAnav chose to trust Prakash and not giv him a fair chance.Dharmesh,being the company owner,wud trust his most loyal and experienced manager rather than Archana,who is known for her emotional rishta with Manav.Hence,we see DHarmesh relying more on Jaywant.Archana has done nothing to gain Dharmeshs' trust professionally.
Dharmesh is the boss tanya.How can he know each and every other worker personally.He wasnt associated with the Ks when Manav-Archana were married.He knows nothing about Manav as much as Satish does.
Out of Dharmesh,Jaywant,Archana,Satish...four ppl in the mangement...two knew about Prakash and Manav...and two Archana and Satish knew Manav personally well enuf to judge.Jaywant was best positioned to hav solve this whole issue but he didnot do it for his own dislike.Archana,as usual,only sees things from emotional POV which doesnt help when it comes to such crisis.Satish has no brains.AJit,the one who had brains is conveniently choosing not to use them as he has turned a nee leaf post leap.Arghhhhh!!!!
AT times I find foolishness of all ppl in PR so irritating...what cud be easily solved n done with is unnecessarily getting stretched for no reason.
