Also I love the boiled plantains but a little bit cramalized after boiling and of course Iove the the roti wraps (the dhal roti with chicken curry) oh and yes the beans and rice and the goat curry.

Ok this was just my list for one day of the week. I will add the items for the remaining days later😆

dude i had doubles this morning, that is our sunday breakfast (slight pepper extra sweet sause😉)..do you get it from that place alima's i thinks it is...my SIL get their trini stuff there, thursday we had wrap roti with curry chicken

no not alima's . a place in scarborough. I think it was called mona's roti. international cuisine places are dime a dozen here. you can try any food. seriously I think people here live only for food and shopping. exercise is a guilt reaction😆😆😆

I am looking for a family denitist. Mine is still in scarborough at Neilson/ Sheppard and that is about a 40 mins drive now each way so I am going to have someone closer especially since I live in the hospital distrcit. OMG I have never seen so many walk-inc clinics and health centres in one suburban location.😃
