Well , this Satish-dharmesh partnership seemed wrong right from the beginning .. they are two completely different people ..
I think Jay already thinks of the company as his own .. if dharmesh isnt careful , jay is going to takeover ( and takeovers in kekta's world are like child's play .. it is shown in one episode .. )

I think Archu and satish , the gullible people that they are will be unwittingly complicit in framing manav .. Jay would dupe them into signing all the required papers..
