We Are Family Mantra On Pavitra Rishta Sets!
Television stars often term their relationships with their co-stars as family members or like friends but in reality they are hardly seen behaving like that. However, Zee TV's popular show 'Pavitra Rishta' has proved it as they are seen having relations like a real family.
The show has some veteran actors like Ajit Wadawkar (Mr. Deshmukh), Savita Prabhune (Sulochana Tai) and Usha Nadkarni (Savita Tai) and the young actors of the show treat them like their parents. Even when they converse with the senior actors, they are treated with great respect. The senior actors also treat the juniors like their family members.
A source from the sets told TellyCafe.com, "The new actors of the show speak to senior actors with great respect. In fact, the cast call the veterans like Savita Prabhune as Savita Aai (mother), Ajit Wadawkar as Baba (Father) and Usha Nadkarni as Usha Aai. Apart from these three senior actors, other veterans are also called with respect to their age on the sets."
Pooja Pihal confirmed the news too, saying that they call the veteran actors as Aai and Baba as they are like parents to the young actors. The source added that Marathi is the most commonly used language on the sets of 'Pavitra Rishta' because most of the actors in the show are Maharashtrian.
When TellyCafe.com approached Anikta Lokhande (Archana) to ask about the language used on the sets, she was heard conversing in Marathi with some unit member. That in itself answered all our questions.
