Poha is made from rice-flakes, its a dish popular in Maharashtra and Gujarat. Its mostly made for breakfast, I make is sour and sweet..... recipe for you Tany-
Ingredients: Onion, green chilly, ginger, curry leaves, corriander , potato(optional), roasted peanut, rice flakes
finely chop onion, green chillu, ginger, potato(optional)
In a Stainer take rice flakes and wet with warm water, then fluff it
Heat a pan, put oil, saute onion, add ginger,green chillies, curry leaves, potatoes , add salt and saute till potato is done
Add rice flake, turmeric, mix them and cover for 5 mins. Do not do too much mixing after putting in rice flakes.
If u like sour and sweet version, add sugar to taste and add lemon juice after taking it from fire. garnish with nuts and chopped corriander.
