I agree. But what is interesting is they are shooting these episodes at quite a fast pace. They could easily dragged Manav's critical condition scenario for more time (as mentioned in TB article), but everything happened pretty quickly.

Winners today, Archana and Satish! Archana for doing what those on lookers didn't do - get Manav help! I couldn't believe the crowd that stood there and watched as an unconcious Manav lying on the ground helpess, I am sure one of them had a phone to call for an ambulance!
