Today was the first time we got to see how incompatibility between Manav and Shravani caused a difference of opinion between them. And this is just the beginning. Shravani didn't mince her words in calling Manav's occupation that he had for past 15 years, a menial job. She reminded him that he is an owner of garage now and if he goes and work as a mechanic she wouldn't like it. A job that's part of Manav's identity is regarded by Shravani as a lower status job, not fit for him anymore. Why, just because he is marrying her now? Manav was clearly upset with Shravani's suggestion of getting her father to hand over a garage to him.

And what to say about Girishji, a very suave businessman who knows how to use people for his interest. He is one of those people who will make you feel that they are your genuine well-wisher while their motives are far from wishing well for you. The way he started his conversation with Archana , praising her, telling her that ever since he met her, he has liked her as a daughter and he loves her, respects her and will never want anything bad for her. He was building a foundation to emotionally blackmail Archana. And then he delivers his blow. He tells Archana let my daughter get her right and her happiness. What right? right that he shrewdly snatched away from Archana and gave to his daughter.

First he threw bait at Manav, asking him if he would marry his pregnant daughter and Manav caught his bait. Then he pressurized Manav in to getting engaged to his daughter while not sparing a thought for Archana's feeling. And now the height is he is telling Archana to let his daughter have the right she is entitled to. He appears to be very decent and nice person but if he was a genuine and honest person he wouldn't use Manavs promise as a tool to exploit Manav into getting married to Shravani, after Archana had come back to Manav.

For the longest time I have been non-committal of Girish. I have been buying the argument that he is a loving and supportive father becasue he is unaware of the true undercurrents in the archu-manav relationship.

After seeing this convo with Shravani and his convo with Archu, I am no longer non-committal. I do not like this man.

I wish that no girl ever gets a father like him. A father who is rich enought to really truly solve her problem ina decent sensible painless fashion but choses to treat her like a burdne and foster her knowingly on a man who will never love her or eb able to treat her with respect that a wife is due.

In my mind he is acting as badly as Sav aai int eh vandu situation. Sav aai thought of vandu as her burden. though she said otherwise repeatedly her actions and emotions did not match her words, which is why vandu felt pressured and frustrated enought to marry a rapist.

Similarly, Girish really treats this wilful uncontrollable child of his as a burden but when he speaks it sounds like he loves her and has her best wishes at heart. No loving and supportive father who has the resources that he does and the knowledge that he has about the predicatrable nature of this girl's disasterous future wedded life would knowingly encourage his child to pursue a wrong decision.

I am proud to have a loving and supportive dad. He would never leave me open to such predictable future misery.

I am ashamed of the Girish -Shravani father daughter relationship. Another wrong social message. i don't care if he does not care for Archu (she has a her own dad for that). I do care when he lies to himself, to Shravani, to Archu and to manav about his love and concern for Shravani and her child. From what i saw today he cares two hoots about the kid ( in his heart) and sees it as a burden/mistake by his spoilt kid that he needs to resolve or better still dispose off.

very very good analysis Hope . Hope , it makes some sense when an uneducated crass woman like Savit treats Vandu as a burden ,but when someone like Girish talks about manav giving a name to the baby and saharaa to his daughter , even though he knows now that Manav is in love with his ex wife ( a truly wonderful girl ) , it is indeed a dangerous social message .

Of course I disagree with Hope , Arien and Tanya on the Girishji Point . Even about the social message part . But Its not here that I will explain my viewpoint , Ill do it in another post . Feel free to reply there guys . Loved reading your viewpoints although i disagree with all of them .

Hai everyone.Liked all the posts. Regarding epi, I liked it . It was a ok one. Poor Manav , he has to struggle too much to stick to his commitment to shravani😔. Suffering so much for the mistake he made(promising girishji). Felt bad for him. He has to sell his bike and even seeing that bike he has a flashback with archu only. He would have just thought how that bike meant to him. But he remembered how he was happy with archu with a ride on it. It was nice to see that. I liked that scene and as guari di said if sushi was well, it would be more romantic😍.Again whats in showing the flashback,why these creatives show that if divorce is to happen😡. He is just having flashbacks and nightmares and missing her so much yet sticking to hi commitment to shravani. what to do . We can just pity on his condition.

This ajit? No words,his nature is like that but what about vandu. How could she take all this. I expect(though shouldn't as she is more dumb) vandu to speak for her brother instead of manju. If it is not right,you should speak up. whats there in keeping mum(or else there is a limit to it).

As Kool di said archu shouldn't have interfered in manav and shravani's conversation, let them fight on the issues and know how indifferent they are and doesn't match each other and their married life will be hell. Archu could solve it now and try to cover up their relation but after marriage they have to face and she will not be there. So let them realize now itself that they will not suite each other and stop marriage.

Regarding that scene, I am happy with what archu said at last. And she is the one who always understands our mannu better.

Girishji talking to archu, it seemed as if he wasn't too bad as of now(but bad though). He talks too nicely to archu at first and finally tells his intention that please go away from here for my daughter's life. As if inserting a injection, he slow and steadily told what he wants. He is so selfish as a father and a perfect business man who knows how to move coins.

Even world has many people like this who behaves so selfish for their own good and doesn't mind even a bit about others. But I dont like this kind of person. He may think about his daughter alone,no harm in it for me,

But where I dont like him is even after his daughter saying "manav loves only archu and manav family too needs only archu but anyway I want him",he said dont worry and take steps to get what his daughter wants. Its clearly visible from shravani's talk that no one will be happy with this marriage ,then why cant girishji(being elder) explain her daughter and back out from this marriage,instead of emotionally cornering archu(by folding hands and all).

Though I dont like girishji,Thank god because of him ,archu will leave that house after that function and Only then this manav and deshmukh family will realize what they have lost and what they are losing.

Regarding precap,it was interesting. In these whole week , the precaps are too good than epi and keep us hooked to watch the show.

Waiting to see who hears their convo. I thought it may be sav but as Fifi di said,if it was satish and if he have heard it, then it will be nice to watch.
