actually its a foxtail orchid. it's like national flower to assamese culture. it's like sign of spring out here in assam which blooms mostly during the month of April.
in Assamese it's called Kopou Phool (Dove Flower).😊

I know these flowers...my assamese friends showed them to me...lovely ones...
