the way he said the dailogues it seemed like she told him I do not want this divorce and he replied the divorce has to go through, I ahve made a commitment I cannot break but even if the divorce goes through, just like you are my parent's daughter I will remain your parent's son. I promise you that.

the written update does not transalate precap exactly as he said it. and there was no hug deni. she fell on him. a hug requires arms to be wrapped around one another. she didn't and he didn't. so no hug. sorry.

One thing I know about the charachers.

Manav lies when he thinks it serves a good cause. he has done it several times.

Archana never lies. never. I cannot remember a single occassion when she has lied. irrespective of the outcome or purpose. if she does not want to tell the truth she keeps quiet and incurs other people's wrath and displeasure silently which is why we think she is too meek. actually at those moments she is being resolute or ziddi.

At the time she said the stuff to Varsha they did not have their BUMP so she believed what she said. she was not lying.

After the bump and the pump talk, she begins to hope. she is very emotional therefore very bulnerable. when you are vulnerable and people keep telling you hopeful things about something you desire most in the world, you tend to believe them. if she believed that he had indicated to them that he still loved her and there was hope that he would not divorce her she would come right out and ask him. she would not be afraid or shy to make the first move. as she is a cautious person that is mistakenly considered shy or insecure.

manav is truly shy he would never bring it up also he is not bold. do you remember she made all the first moves after the jail incident when she realized that a simple misunderstanding had goen to far.

this is definitely not a hug . If she asks him tomorrow to stop the divorce and he says No ..it has to go through then I will feel vary very bad fo Archana . What more can one do ....

In the begining of the show he used to keep saying , ' I am not good enough for her ' , he was so right ...he is not ...

I guess she loves him so much that she would then just be happy that at least he doesn't hate me like before .

Poor girl, what a rough deal she got in this marriage .

This guy does not deserve her at all...

but tanya di, we all say manav is unfair to archu for not saying or doign romantic things.

If he hugs her and then divorces her, don't you think that is worse than coming right out and saying I love you very much and your family, you will always be special to me but I am stuck with my decision for lack of choice and will.
