I really hate this indian mentality when women get sexually assulted. This notion that it will ruin the girls reputation and etc etc is complete non-sense. First of all, Vandu didn't get rapped. She managed to run away. Two, a man like Ajit should be behind bars, if he did this once he can do it again, so before he tries again they need to lock him up. Three, what are they afraid of when they didn't do anything wrong. As for no one will marry Vandu because it will ruin her reputation. Well all I have to say is the men that reject Vandu because of a history like this on her, don't Deserve Vandu in the first place. If they have that much of a narrow minded thinking, then that man can go marry someone else. I don't understand why they can't file a report with the so call Women's group and take action against Ajit. There silence will only make Ajit's strength stronger. And I also believe that this is giving a really wrong message out to society and all sexual assult victims and criminals. Its time we voice for whats right then be afraid of society's lame ways. Society won't be there to help when Vandu gets rapped for real, I wish everyone can realize that.

Indian society is changing slowly...but wht they r showing is somewhr real...tht is the way people behave in general in indian society....atleast I hav seen them behavin like this...and surprisingly most of them r well-educated.

exactly thats what I don't get....well educated people think in these ways also.....this kind of unfairness doesn' need to change slowly but more rapidly instead.......I hate that mentality in India...SAmaJ SAMAj saMAJ........ I really believe in women's rights so I guess its bothering me to much to watch this crap................

Problem is very few women think like u n me...most of them,specially in small towns n rural areas,even in metros religiously believe in keeping quiet...they blame it on fate n accept it as it is.

U'll also find many hypocrites who say they believe in women rights but actually force their own daughters to sacrifice in the name of family...well I'm goin out of topic.

I do find it irritating at times,but still I find it better than other shows on TV today...it's the only one I watch

Here,atleast we get to see characters like varsha ,satish...and they hav stuck to the middle class backgorund till date with no unnecessary extravaganza.

To their credit,ArMan r nt educated n Manav always goes to garage diligently n the garage looks like a garage....so I can understand their view point and inferior complex.

I think that manav and Archana have the attitude that Vandita should not be scared and live a normal routine life . It is that jaahil Savita that wants to lock the girl in .

Inthis college finction Ajit will come and distribute pictures of vandita ...but I think Archana and Manav will tell people the truth and Ajit will be thrown out of the college . I believe that these days one has to be honest with people and tell them as to what has actually happened .

I don't think society is that narrow minded any more ....that is why Ajit will be thrown out ...
