@Carpe-diem,

I love Hector character, the love for his country!
A true son of the soil, and dies bravely fighting the mighty Achilles.
I love Achilles too, for his bravery, attitude and his constant fight with Agamemnon (also called "Atrides")!

Ofcourse i started following these character's after watching the movie!
In the movie there is this favourite dialouge, where Hector is giving a talk of his life to his soldiers.
When The Myrmidons set there foot on Troy beach,
Hector tells them - All my life i have lived by a code, and the code is simple honour the gods, love your woman and die for your country!
i just fell in love with Hector!

me too. i mean in the whole movie he was so selfless and overall a very good man too bad he was killed. i like the movie only because of him. i wasn't really happy with achilles so much he was the chauvinist pig. hectors goodness made him attractive.

But Achilles the son of Peleus, is a man with full of attitude!
When he takes Briseis as his slave and gives gyan how about her god envy them that was so good!
Do you know what happens once the troy falls? and Paris takes everyone out safely?
Is there any story beyond that?????

odysseus returns to his wife but athena is mad at him cus he is the one who came up the the horse idea. so she creates so many problems for him. he spend 20 years at sea. she doesn;t allow him to go home. eventually she forgives him and he makes it to his wife. paris stays behind to rebuild troy or he try to find a new city but is unsuccessful. helen goes back to her husband. hectors wife is raped and child is thrown from the city walls. in the move they skip this part. but paris never does anything after. the story is carried forward by aeneid who has the torjon sword
