She has been faking all this for reunion. It would have like this. When sachn was taking last breath he must have said to her that his brother has done lot for him and make of promise that you will unite them. Then shrav would have realised that both hate each other a lot and its not easy for her. Them she must have thought of faking pregnancy so that manau agrees to marry her and both of them realise how much they love each other by feeling pain of separation. And girish and damodar must be with her in all this plan. And she must be waiting for day when manav declares his love himself.
