Yes! I always thought that she was like Vandita to him, and even if she isn't then she still does look like his little sister.

They both clash in looks (by which I mainly mean their look on the show) and personality.

As characters, Manav is mature, responsible, quiet whereas Shravani is still young, obviously not so responsible, and her character seems quite "modern" and just doesn't fit with Manav.

As for appearance, Shravani is small, cutesy, and very doll-like as you said. She was casted very well opposite Sachin who also had this young, boyish appearance to match her girliness.

Manav on the other hand (Greek god like you said) is definitely handsome and has a kind of rugged manliness about him which needs more of a womanly beauty (aka Archana) to match it.

So casting-wise, putting Manav with Shravani (a man with a girl) would be like putting Archana with Sachin (a woman with a boy), it just doesn't work.

Whether she's faking it or not, Shravani better back off soon, because she and Manav make one of the weirdest pairs I've seen.
