Wow that easy to get a scholarship

Its so funny, I have lived in the US my whole life..and NYU is a top ivy league school so im just wondering how sachins scholarship got approved just like that. To get a scholarship is a long process and takes longer than a week. And sachin didnt seem one bit studious. Idk pretty ridiculous how unrealistic the shows can be...then again i shouldnt say much it is a ekta serial. 😆

That's what I was thinking! Although NYU isn't Ivy League, it is super hard to get into. Also, applications processes are loooong. It usually takes an entire year to apply to the school, apply for scholarships, and get accepted for both. I would guess that its even longer for an international application. Its kind of ridiculous that Sachin got in so quickly! Edit: I just watched that little segment to check if they bothered being accurate about anything, and that letter looked NOTHING like their mail! They've sent me multiple letters encouraging me to apply when I'm in 12th grade, and the font, the letterhead, it was all so wrong. Also, why would such a presitgious establishment send a letter in all caps? So many bloopers in just 30 seconds. 😆

Really these serial makers make a joke of serious matters!!! Its irritates me to no extent. As if any awara guy can apply and get a scholarship in a pretigious university. People slog hard for years to get into these. Woh log kya jhaak maartein hain????

Oh yah your right its not an ivy league i was thinking about columbia..my bad...bt yah it is a very difficult school. Haha I know like who sends a letter that just says you have gotten the scholarship in all caps and in like one sentence. Its so sad that these serial makers think we are really that dumb to not catch something liek that.

Also he seemed to be a loose character- into gambling, eve teasing etc. I doubt he had good results. If he was good academically he would have a job in India. They really think we are nuts that we will be convinced with such nonsense.

Exactly...probably he got the admission in Ekta Kapoor University...which do not require mark sheet ....it only requires to be good looking..

You know I am in India and I have seen people slog for years to get into good American Uni's. And when I saw that letter I burst out laughing🤣Come on Sachin never studied very hard and he fills one form and gets into American Uni!!😆

I knoww so many of my cousins are trying to come to the US and they are so intelligent and are having problems....i mean shows are unrealistic..bt sometimes they get to the point where its soo lameeee
