Alright, now since we have a fairly big fan following of this show, and it has become the top show of the channel, lets go back to discuss what brought us together...
And so my question to you all is..... "Why did you start watching pavitra rishta? What was it that attracted you to this show????"
Well, my own reason for watching this show is that i liked the first promo. The stark contrasts brought out btw archu's mother's dreams and archu's destiny was too good. But the best part was the use of the song from Slumdog Millionaire in the background 'Dreams of fire'. It was too good and suited it perfectly. Even today I imagine that in the end when Archu and Manav unite... it will be as in slumdog millionaire on the CST station, with the song Jai Ho!!!
Well, so I watched one two episodes, liked it and when I came to know its not Ekta's serial, (the credits say concept is by Vikatan telefilms) i started watching it continously. I dont like ekta's serials and had even boycotted all her serials after Rajeev quit KTH.
Later, I came to know, it was indeed her serial, but as long as she runs it according to the original concept and doesn't let the story go haywire i'm okay. Not to forget that now i've fallen in love with the story, the characters and especially Manav....!!!
