Does any one the name of the lady who acts as Manav's mother? Has she acted in any other serial or cinema? She is really funny and great acting skills!!!. I know the character is absurd but she does it very well...Every time I see her on screen I automatically get to smile.....Especially in today's episode when Manju ask her Are you Manav's mother! shesays yes any problem or if she brought some prize for her!!!!

Her real name is Usha Nadkarni and was last seen in Kuch is Tara as Shanta Bhai..funny acting skills she had there and great pleasure to see her in PR aswell. 😛

Yes, she was absolutely amazing as Shanta Tai in Kuch Is Tara. I miss that show.

Yes, Usha Nadkarni is playing the character very well. Per mujhe samaj main nahi aa raha ke, how does Manav's mom know english words like 'book' and 'prize'? Well..understood that they are very common words and many people even if they don't know much of english would know it. Per, the kind of neighborhood Manav's family lives in, I don't expect anyone to know much of English, and Mom's own kids haven't studied much either.
