Pavitra Rishta wedding

Pavitra Rishta is all set to have a lavish typical Maharashtrian wedding in the show. The wedding will start airing on the show from today.



Here is the round up of what will happen in the wedding.

After lots of twists and turns Manav and Archana will get married in the show. Archana will be seen in a yellow nine yard saree and Manav will be seen in an off white kurta with a maroon stole.

The wedding starts with a ceremony of exchanging garlands, then pheras and all the minor rituals.

However the surprise in the wedding is going to be the attendance of Dance India Dance winner Salman Khan, kids from both the seasons for Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champ and Yashica from Challenge 2009.

As we reported earlier the bidaai of Archana will not take place in the show as Archana's mother is not aware that Manav is working in a garage, in fact she is under a impression that he belongs to a rich family, but immediately after the marriage she will come to know about this truth and will be in a huge shock. She will not allow her to get along with Manav. So they will have to live separately even after getting married.

Meanwhile the buzz about Ekta Kapoor making a special appearance in the wedding sequence is going to be true." We have shot for almost all rituals and everything for the wedding, but not with Ekta Kapoor, we will be shooting with her either today (July 27) or tomorrow (July 28), her entry will be shown in the later part of the wedding. The sequence would be like this that Ekta will come in the wedding and wish the newly wedded couple Manav and Archana," informs a source.

Shocking: Actors married off for real in Balaji Show!

Recently a grand wedding with much fanfare took place in the Balaji show Pavitra Rishta. Archana (Ankita) and Manav (Sushant) tied the knot in-front of many people, but to the absolute horror of the duo, the shaadi turned out to be real. As per the eye witness from the sets, "The mantras that the pundit was chanting, was for real.

For that matter, the mangalsutra and the pheres were authentic! After knowing this, the duo (Ankita and Sushant) were shocked and horrified. They went to the Balaji production team and asked them to undo the marriage.

" When we called up Sushant Singh Rajput to confirm the news, he stated, "Yes, the mangalsutra was real, but when I was tying it on Ankita, I ensured that it was flipped backwards." We informed him of the well-known Maharashtrian wedding tradition, wherein the mangalsutra is intentionally flipped backward and is then worn. Sushant, for a minute was at a loss for words, then he cried out, "But I did not take the saat phere with her. It was just six and a half!"

On other hand Ankita conversed, "Yes the marriage sequence was shot in one go, but after that we had retakes and in whole process we took over 32 pheres. So I don't think the marriage holds any validity, and even if it was real then, after taking so many pheres the shaadi has been automatically annulled."

"Well I think you should ask my creative of why they got us married for real," chirps the actress.

We contacted Sukriti, Creative Head of the show. "Those mantra and mangalsutra was not real at all. I don't think this shaadi is for real, as the jodi Archana-Manav took just 6 pheres," she clarifies.

Well now, whose version is more close to truth is not clear, as all three have their own say on the matter. But it would be quite interesting to see if Archana and Manav are termed married in real with their reel shaadi.

Bidaai in Pavitra Rishta

Things take a turn for the better in Pavitra Rishta, as Archana's bidaai will now take place after her wedding to Manav.
Our source says, "Manav's Tauji comes to Archana's mother's house and tries to explain the importance of the mangalsutra. There will be a huge drama, but Archana will finally go to Manav's house happily with her mother's consent."

We spoke to Ankita Lokhande, who plays Archana, about her on-screen bidaai. "I'm very happy that Manav and Archana will now be together. The whole sequence will happen on the eve of Vatsavitri when she and her mother go for puja. There, her mother realises that her son-in-law is very good and that he loves Archana very much, though she had problems with his family members," says the actress. "With this, Archana's new struggle begins, as a daughter-in-law adjusting to a new lifestyle."

Archana's bidaai will take place in the coming episode of Pavitra Rishta. It will be followed by a special episode for Gokulashtami, and another special dahi handi episode which will air this Friday.

On the occasion of Ganesh utsav house arrest show organized a painting competition. Around hundreds of telly-artistes turned up for the contest and the painting competition.

It was held on the 23rd of August and was judged by one-time soap opera Queen Smriti Irani. In tomorrows episode house arrest will reveal the winners name, but before that our sources have made us known that the well-known actress of telly-world has bagged the much-coveted prize.

According to our source Swati Anand, bhabi of Pavitra Rishta is the winner of the painting competition. And that makes this Ganesh utsav one of the most memorable utsav for her!
