Ok, so Manav's company was going to destroy the chawl and provide compensation to all the inhabitants as well as a nice flat in the new building. Dharmesh tricks them into thinking that Manav is cheating them and keeping most of the money to himself. They sue him, and Archana is led to believe that Manav is in fact commiting fraud and gives witness against him in court.
Their relationship withers away after that.

She becomes pregnant again and gives birth to two girls, Teju and Ovi. On their first birthday, Varsha comes back and she acts as if she is fine and not at all crazy over Soham. Manav doesn't believe her and won't let her touch his son, but Archana, seeing this, takes him from Manav's arms and gives him to Varsha to look after during the party as she is busy. Varsha kidnaps him and everyone goes after her. She is found at a bridge and threatens them that if they get any closer, she will jump into the lake with Soham. She falls and both she and Soham die. Manav blames Archana for this as she had handed Soham to Varsha and says that their relationship is now over. Archana goes to live with her parents.

DK wants to take Aasna and his little boy, Arjun, to Canada and is shifting his business there. He asks Manav to come to as he is his best employee. Manav sends Archana a ticket to Canada via Aai, but Aai never gives Archana the ticket, so Archana is stuck in Mumbai while Manav is living in Canada with his two daughters, Ovi and Teju, and their parents.

Archana goes to stop Manav at the airport only to find out that the plane has left. While leaving, she witnesses an accident and rescues the only survivor, a baby girl. It is then found out that the parents of the girl were both orphans and had no one in the world, and neither does this girl, so Archana adopts her and raises her. She is Purvi.

Ashna died while in Canda because she was ill.

Sachin-Son of Shravani and Sachin. Shravani left him in the care of Deshmukhs.

Soham-Son of Archana and Manav. Varsha was obsessed with him and jumped the bridge with him. Supposed to be dead but might return in true Balaji tradition.

Ovi and Teju-Twin girls of Archana and Manav. ovi is the girly barbie doll while Teju is tomboyish. Ovi loves Arjun, DK's son.

Arjun-Son of DK and Ashna, very practical, business-minded. Is supposed to get married to Ovi.

Purvi - Adopted daughter of Archana. Lives with Sulo and Archana.

Purnima(Punni)-Eldest daughter of Vinod and Manju, had an affair with a married man just to have expensive gifts.

Ruchi-Younger daughter of Vinod and Manju

Varun-Son of Dharmesh and Madhuri, brought up by Vaishali.

Aniket-Son of Dharmesh and Vaishali.
