After Archu refuses to give Soham to Archu, she hears that chawl will be broken by some builder for development. She says that these are their houses and nobody can take them away from them. She doesnt know that Manav's boss DK is the builder who bought the chawl. She asks Manav to help them and Manav agrees. Chawl people are expecting that Manav will solve their problems. Manav comes to know that his boss is the one who owns the chawl and he remembers the promise he made to Archana. He convinces all chawl people that deal his boss is giving them is fair and asks them to sign the papers. Many people do. Then Dharmesh convinces some people that Manav is fooling them and they should deny that signed they papers and Manav forged their signs. They confront Manav and accuse him of cheating them. Even Archana thiks that chawl people are getting a bad deal so she decides to file a case against Manav and his company. In the course of the case she comes to know that she is pregnant but her relationship with Manav has deteriorated. She gives birth to twins and Manav loses case against them so chawl wont go for re-development. Varsha convinces them that her health has improved and she comes back into their life. She refuses to touch Soham or her new twins. Archu tells her that she is her sister and she can care for her kids. During the first birthday celebration of the twins, Archana takes Soham from manav and tells him that Varshu will care for him. Manav tries to argue but Archu doesnt listen. Varsha takes Soham and runs away with him. Manav-Archu run behind to stop her. She sees them and jumps in a river with Soham. Manav blames Archu for the mishap. He takes away twins from Archu and she starts staying with her parents. DK decides to wrap the business to move to Canada and asks Manav to move with him. Manav decides to take his whole family. Then he decides that he will even take Archu with him but Savs tells him she will give the message. Savs lies to Archu that Manav has asked for divorce or she can sign papers giving away her rights over her twins. Archu signs papers about the twins. Savs lies to Manav that she gave away her rights over the twins and took money for it. Manav is heart-broken and they all go to airport. Archu gos behind them to stop them but she too late. She sees an accident and a little baby is found inside the car with both her parents dead. Archu adopts the girl and names her Purvi.
