Then in the precap she says that if she listens to Minnie's demands it would mean Minnie has won.

These are things two sisters say to one another while fighting. WHich mom says these to her daughter?

Forget complexity of character, only thing that can explain babita's behavior right now is some mental disorder or extremely low IQ( or maybe it's the writers).
