Babita doesn't have business acumen nor is she interested in making money. So if she wants to discontinue or sell off the catering service, it should only be her own decision.

It's okay if she doesn't wanna work, everyone has different priorities in life.

In her heart, she wants to do exactly that.

Also just because we don't see her visiting the shop that doesn't mean she doesn't visit it at all. It's just that she only supervises nowadays and doesn't personally cook. Baaki the recipes are of her own.

From Naeem Bi's conversation, it doesn't seem like she does even the bare supervision anymore. If she did, then why would she have felt the need to point it out to her?

They take care of general labor while the boss is busy tending to other aspects of the business. What exactly is Babita doing as a boss?

In her own words, Naeem Bi and Kammo take care of preparing the food, they have an accountant for the finances while Minnie takes care of the clients, the orders, the publicity and literally everything else.

So again, what exactly is she doing?

Drowned in HS love 😆

You actually think if Kammo overtakes the business by wrong means, you wouldn't blame her? Because Babita has been absentee for a few weeks post her wedding?

In all offices and companies, the owner merely supervises and the workers put in all the hard work.. Are you suggesting that the workers deserve to own the company and you wouldn't blame them if they take over the business by wrong means?

Arey nahi bhai. She meant that since Bbaita isn't even bothered about Patiala Babes then Kammo better take over the whole business. And Babita wouldn't mind 😆

Okay, but it's not shaadi's fault, it's her fault for neglecting her business for so long. Din bhar yeh karti bhi kya hai? Do minute ke liye dukaan par ni jaa sakti kya? And it's not even like it's hours away. It's LITERALLY RIGHT IN FRONT OF HER FRICKING HOME.

If she doesn't want to run it anymore then say so and sell it.

Aur HS toh din bhar station mein rehta hai. Phir uske pyaar ka bahama kyon? If you need a break, then take one saying I am tired not I am drowned in my husband's love.

Babita never said she wants to sell it. Babita is the owner and if the business is making profit why will she sell it?

She’s been married for 2 weeks. It’s okay that she wants to take a break. It seems like she’s gonna go back to taking care of the business anyway.

I am sorry but its not her fault if she does not want to think about her business right now.. It has literally been just a few weeks to her wedding.. EVERYONE takes a break post their wedding, mostly women.. and Babita is doing the same.. Kia karti hai is hardly important.. If she wants a break, she can very well take it.. When NB had asked her to visit the shop, she did say she would do so after navratri and stuff.. so ya.. Taking a break from business or work is no big deal

I completely understand that and support her decision for wanting to take some time off for herself. My point is that she has shown zero interest in the business and was very flippant about its longevity. If she's actually serious about it to whatever degree then she needs to keep a tighter leash on it, otherwise she will end up losing it.

She only supervises, that was the complaint of NB if I remember correctly. NB was asking her to remain involved with the business and not merely supervise it.

But I don't blame her. Its Navratri almost immediately after the wedding. There is fast and Pooja and a whole lot of things to do. She wants to prioritize them over catering service cause obviously, she feels more comfortable and happy being a grihasthan.

Aur thoda usne ignore kar bhi diya toh itni ka problem hai? Uska ghata hoga, theek hai na?

How can you say so confidently that it will be via wrong means? Khatri is the one who will be up to no good and will adopt fraudulent methods, not Kammo.

What I'm trying to say that Babita hasn't taken up any responsibilities as a boss. Mere supervision isn't enough. And if we're going to compare her with bosses of other companies, then those individuals take on a lot more responsibilities than she's currently doing.

With tomorrow's orders, I want her to re-evaluate just what does she want with her business. Is she happy with the way things are currently running or does she wish to fulfill the dream she once had about becoming PB a global brand. Whichever one she chooses, I wish for her to start actively working on it.
