I’m curious about the wedding lehenga. The one Babita tried on today was peach in color while the spoiler pics for the wedding sequence show her lehenga as red.

So what would cause the switch? 🤔

Hmm is it possible that’s HS ki mother ka lehenga? Since Mini is gonna be cleaning that room, she might come across his mother’s old things and decide to give this to Babita?

That would continue on the theme the writers have started today vis a vis HS ka catharsis regarding his mother.

I thought of the same actually. Maybe that red lehenga was HS's mother's. Hmmm lets see.

I had actually thought of this but it felt weird for Babes to wear it while she has her own.

All I can think of is this: the pink lehenga was given for alteration but it either doesn't come back in time or it gets messed up and can't be fixed in time. Minnie comes across the red one and suggests Babes wear that instead.

That being said, I don't want Babes to wear the red one. Having HS marry a woman who's wearing his mom's bridal attire... it seems so wrong. More so considering the fact that there is a lot that he hasn't reconciled with her death and he already sees so much of his mother in Babes.

Why? Mother in laws gift their old family heirlooms to their future daughter in laws many times.

This wouldn't be the first show to do it. Another Sony show.....BBKD had the female lead being gifted her mother in law's wedding sari and she married the male lead in that.....it was shown as an emotional attachment thing.

I don't find anything wrong with it.....anyways, who knows if it will come to this.....let's see what the writers show.

Yes, I feel if Mini is going to be shown cleaning that room, this seems to be a very likely outcome that she will find HS ki mother ki old things inside, including this wedding outfit.

Imarti ka saara stuff toh is in that big trunk outside.....and that also was first opened by Mini only.....so I feel something similar will happen here....Mini has become the instrument to discover these old memories first and that leads to some impactful events for HS-Babita.....like it did after she opened the trunk of Imarti's memories too.

The writers already shown Imarti sort of giving her blessings during the Uptan ritual......Babita wearing his mother's wedding dress would make him feel like he has his mother's blessing for this wedding.

I don't know. For me it feels off. I would much rather prefer that Babes wore something else.

Waise I found it really sweet that Laale was putting mehendi on HS's hands😆😆

The choreography of the whole "Mehendi hai rachne waali" sequence was superb👏.....Ashnoor danced beautifully with so much charming adaa and the little moments interwoven in between of HS-Babita exchanging long looks, and then getting teased by Mini.....lol very nicely executed.

By the way, special mention for Anirudh's acting in the last scene.....superb👏....and kudos to the writing/direction too in the way they wove the emotion of the scene with the voiceovers of HS's mom, his father, grandfather and little Hanuman being reflected in HS's eyes there.
