Sumedh - purana ashiq

What if sumedh turns out to be simrans purana ashiq and now is trying to harm riya and simran surely for some reason

Shouldn't Simran recognize him- matlab kuch dur dur se facecut same hi hoga na. As in- Suri Simran recognized each other in a second after so many years, so logically if Shamsher is Simran's purana aashiq, then Simran ko kuch toh feel/doubt aaya hoga when she saw Sumedh and when she used to talk with him. But maybe possible because CVs aajkal dusre serials se theories uthake yaha try karne ki mood mein lag rahe hai 😆. So yeah, kuch bhi ho sakta hai. Kuch bhi ho, I just hope yeh jungle mein Tom and Jerry wala race khatm ho jaaye aur story aage bade.
