10 Dec written update...

hi all...

today's epi was mainly focus on the court case against radha...

court case starts...

radha is still standing numb..the prosecutor calls in our lovely maliska as a witness ... he ask her to explain her relation between her and addy...

maliska tells that she was addy fiance for the last 5 years.. ( this shocks radha fly )... and due to a accident addy lost his memory and then radha came in his live pretending to be maliska... he got engaged and married to her....radha cheated addy and created a distance between her and addy....

the judge demands a reply off radha on the accusation but radha doesn't reacts... so the court is adjourned for the day....

we see maliska whipping her fake tears.....

outside the court....

avi ask aai and aaje if they still belief that radha is innocent 😡and they reply that they still do👏...he then ask why isn't radha saying anything...and if maliska could be telling the truth.😡...at that moment maliska comes form behind and starts to cry and accuse radha form killing her addy only for his wealth...aaje tells her that radha didn't kill addy and they leave...

maliska smiles and says her job is done...

later ( somewhere on a road)...

2 car's come and stop and we see sangam and maliska.. they both get out and walk to each other...sangam ask is the job is done and maliska tells her that she never leaves a job unfinished... sangam hands her a briefcase and tells her that she always pays for the job and never takes a favour... both ladies leave....

next day... court again...

Mr sharma( defender) calls back the witness....telling the court that the prosecutor just show one side and he would like to show a different one...so a nervous maliska is called back and Mr. sharma tells her not to be afraid and only to tell the truth like she did before😆......

he ask maliska where she was on the night off addy accident..maliska get more nervous and cant find words to explain... then Mr. sharma says that he will explain her where abouts...and that she was away with her boyfriend abhi after robbing addy off all his wealth... and that abhi is in prison and he has given a statement about maliska being his partner in crime...Mr. sharma tells the court that maliska herself is a criminal ...

the prosecutor gets nervous now...and tries to protest but his objection is overruled...

Mr sharma tells that radha indeed deceived addy but her intentions were good... radha never wanted a share in the wealth off the shergills ...she only did it for the good off the shergill fly...

( could someone explain to me if radha isn't talking then how does her lawyer knows all this stuff ... daal me kuch to kalaa hai😉😃...)

maliska is send away and Mr. sharma call the servant ramash as his next witness....

Mr sharma ask him about radha behavior towards them and ramash declares that radha is a nice person who will never harm a person... Mr sharma ask him about the medication he saw that day... ramash tells that he was cleaning the sofa and he picked up the medication and therefor she blasted at him cause she wanted to keep it away for the children and him....

Mr sharma tells the judge that if a person wants to kill another person then he/she would have hide the medication form everyone...

again the prosecutor tries to object....but again overruled...

Mr sharma tells the judge that radha is a good person who lives for others and loved her husband dearly😳.. the witness showed one side and today he showed the other....and based on this evidence radha cant be convicted.. Mr sharma ask the prosecutor to come out with stronger evidence or stop this case.....

the judge ask the prosecutor if he has more evidence to present....the prosecutor ask for a day so he can present evidence....so the judge calls it a day...

later ...

the prosecutor calls sangam and informs her that he doesn't knows how Mr sharma got all this information and tells that by using maliska the case went in the favour off the defence... sangam tells him that she got something which will work in their favour....the prosecutor tells her that he will pick it up.....

sangam looks at the bracelet and says that she is very sorry for using shourya against radha cause with this she will be able to win....

end......

comments: things are moving fast...radha didn't say one word and she is totally lifeless😭... is so hard to see her like this.....

and maliska dear first thought she was smart but Mr sharma got back at her😃 and if he knows so much and with abhi's statement ...why isn't she in jail... and please how did he know all these things....

avi needs a good hit form my belan😡.... god man, you know your sis and what she did for you and still your asking if she could do this😡....one good whack coming your way😡....

yaar I miss addy😭... damn never thought that I would do that.... so the guy left a better impact on moi then diwaker😳....

and what is going on😕....someone is helping radha who is it... is addy alive😃... are they playing a game with sangam or is shourya back😛.....what is going on😡...

Wish Shourya or Addy were alive, but I think that Malishka is the one helping her. She is simply acting for Sangamitra's sake and trying to get back at her, but I really think that she is helping Radha. How else would the lawyer know about Malishka's past?

Did anyone see her smile after the lawyer was done with her in the audience?? From that I thought that she might be. But I really do hope that I am wrong and that Shourya or addy are still alive and coming to Radha's rescue.

Weird prediction - it's Pranay wanting to rectify his mistakes.....comes back as a goody-goody and helps the Sharma dude....stage set to finish of what the crazy PR fans imagined!😃

aahh someone is helping her! if not addy, then maybe shourya? or if not both.. then who else is there to help them? !!! wonder when they will reveal the person ..
