Adhiraj is lying on the ground, blood flowing from a wound on his forehead. A crowd is gathered around him and Radha is worried. She remembers all she said to him in the bar and asks someone to quickly take him to the hospital. As some men carry him away, Radha spots his cell phone lying on the ground and she hesitantly picks it up.
Adhiraj is rushed to the hospital. Radha is standing outside the operation theatre wondering how she should inform his family. She doesn't even know where they live. Just then she remembers the cell phone in her hand. She looks at the recent call history and finds "Shaurya bhaiyya." She thinks he must surely be his brother.
Just then, a man is shown putting on harnesses for mountain climbing. He finally jumps off the cliff and everyone cheers for him - 'shaurya shaurya'. When he is hanging in midair, his phone begins ringing. He fumbles in the middle and everyone tells him to be careful. Even as his phone is ringing, he ignores it and successfully gets down the cliff. They finally show his face (no match for Pranay). Everyone cheers and congratulates him. The phone rings again and finally he answers 'hey Addy!' Radha quickly replies it's not Adhiraj and the brother assumes it's Malishka. Radha doesn't correct him but quickly tells him that Adhiraj had an accident and he's in the emergency ward in Chaitana hospital. She tells him to come as quick as he can. He tells her he'll start immediately and be there in 24 hours. Radha asks him if she can inform anyone else from their family before he gets here but Shaurya angrily says that she needs to do no such thing. He'll decide whom to inform and whom not to once he gets there.
Avi comes into his bedroom drunk saying 'my wife...my life'😆 He falls on the bed and Megs turns the lights on, saying she won't let him sleep. Coming near him, she realizes he's drunk. Until then, he only used to come home late. Now, he's coming home drunk. She says she can make him come to his senses in an instant. Avi argues how's that possible when he can get drunk on her eyes, her smile, her walk...(nasha...) He says he loves her a lot. She goes away from him angrily and he holds his ears and says 'sorry Mandira!' Megs is shocked hearing Mandira's name. He quickly corrects himself and says sorry Meghna. He falls to the bed and Megs' eyes tear up.
The doctor asks Radha if anyone from the family has come and Radha says no one has. The doctor informs her that they need to operate on Adhiraj and they can't do that until a family member gives his consent. Radha tries calling Shaurya again but the call doesn't go through. Radha wonders why Shaurya told her not to inform any other family member. She finally tells a secretary to call Adhiraj's PA. She tells the PA that Adhiraj has been in a major accident and to inform his family. She has already told Shaurya Shergill but he needs to inform the rest of the family. The PA finally tells her that Adhiraj hasn't spoken to his family in the past five years, how can he call them now? Radha tells him now's not the time to think of all that. His operation is at a pause right now because they need the family's consent. He finally agrees to call the family.
Avi wakes up with a major hangover. Megs is standing by the door with a taunting look on her face. He asks her if she can massage his forehead. Megs smiles and says she feels like strangling him instead. He gets up and asks her to at least bring him a cup of coffee. She asks him why doesn't he ask Mandira, since he kept on repeating her name last night. Avi looks shocked. He quickly says 'oh' so this is why she's angry. He says she should be happy. He says behind every man's success, a woman is always behind him. His success is because of her too. He makes up an excuse that someone had shoved a drink into his hand and made him drink it. Megs says and if tomorrow, someone touches his hand, don't say no then either. He can come back saying sorry to Megs. He says only Megs name is written on his hands. He once again asks her for a cup of coffee. She warns him that coming home late and drinking with rich people should only happen because of his work, not for any other kind of work.
Shaurya's on the way to the hospital and Radha is waiting next to Adhiraj, praying. Shaurya's car breaks down and the driver tells him there's a problem and goes to check under the hood.
In the hospital, Radha sits next to Adhiraj and holds his hand. She is scared, noticing that his hand is not even moving. She says sorry to him. She was just so angry...she never imagined all this would happen.
Shaurya gets out of the car and asks the driver what happened. The driver says they'll need to call a mechanic.
In the hospital, Radha is apologizing again. She says she's responsible for Adhiraj's condition. She wonders when Shaurya will come.
Shaurya is shown reaching the hospital on a motor cycle. Radha is still holding Adhiraj's hand and telling him to open his eyes and forgive her. Just then Shaurya enters the room and sees her. He grabs her by the arm and pulls her away. Radha is shocked. He tells her angrily to get out. She caused this condition in his brother. He says he fully understands her 'kind' of girl. What else does she want from his brother now? Radha tries to explain but he tells her to shut up and leave. He raises his hand and Radha angrily turns around and leaves.
Precap: Mandira's at Radha's house and Megs back is facing her. She's asking Meghna if Avinash lives here. Megs is shocked, recognizing Mandira's voice.
