The episode begins with the slapđł The dean says to Pranay that before slapping him he should have asked the dean if he was right or wrong. He tells Pranay that he doesn't know that Radha was behind all this. He says she's been trying to seduce him for many days. Pranay doesn't believe all this nonsense and tells the dean to stop. He says after today, he never wants the dean to behave this way. He tells him that he knows Radha very well and a girl like her would never do such a thing. The dean tries to interrupt and speak but Pranay doesn't let him. He says he won't listen to any excuse, and explanation from the dean. He says if anyone else were in the dean's position, then Pranay would asked for their resignation by now. He tells the dean that he's letting him go with this last warning because he was a sincere employee who's been working at the hospital for many years. He warns the dean that if he tries to misbehave with Radha or with any other hospital staff, then he'll have to resign. The dean apologizes and says he won't make this mistake again. Pranay tells him to apologize to Radha. Just as the dean's about to apologize, Radha says there's no need to apologize. Pranay starts praising her and says yeh hai is ladki ki sanskar. He warns him one final time and leaves. In the hall are the nurses are talking and he walks past them. He pauses near Sajni, gives her a disgusted look, and walks awayđ Radha is in the office alone with the dean and he's giving her mean looks. She comes out of the office and soon even the dean does. Everyone starts looking at him and talking amongst themselves (I guess they all know what happenedđ). Seeing that, he walks back into his office.
In the lounge, the nurses are all talking about the slap and thinking they used to fear the dean so much but the same dean got slapped by Pranay sir just for Radha. Just then Radha enters. They start praising her and tell her that she should have slapped the dean too (I agreeđ). One of the nurses says they should all learn from Radha. Sajni gets up and taunts them saying yes, we should all learn from Radha. She says to Ketki Pranay sir never came to save them. But for Radha, he'll do anything. He's in her hands now. She says even though he got slapped in front of everyone, Pranay still is on Radha's side. That's because she works for him part-time (with a bad insinuation!) Kekti says Radha has made herself at home in Pranay's heart. They continue taunting her and finally leave.
Radha comes to Pranay's house and enters Ishita's room. She greets her and Ishita still looks grumpy. She says Radha must love Pranay a lot if she's still coming back after all that happened. Radha says loves Ishita and that's why she came back. Ishita still doesn't look convinced. She says that Radha just wants to finish this off. Acting so friendly, she'll give her poison. And she asks Radha that she's doing all this just because she loves money. Radha tells Ishita that with this hatred, she's making a big mistake. She tells Ishita to fill her life with love. If she keeps pushing everyone away this way, then she will have no one. She tells Ishita that she's very lucky to have found a husband who really loves her. She tells Ishita, that love is much bigger than hatred.
The next morning, at the hospital, Radha's shown working and taking care of the patients. After work, she walks out of the hospital and Pranay is shown waiting for her in his car. She tries to walk away but he calls out to her. He tells her to get in and he'll drop her off. Radha thinks back to Sajni's words and looks disturbed. She thinks to herself that she won't give anyone a chance to talk badly about her. Turning to Pranay, she says she has seem work on the way so she'll go on her own. She says as soon as her work is done, she'll come home. Pranay gets out of the car and walks around. He stands near her and says he knows very well that she has no other work. He says that just by looking at a face, he can tell what the person is thinking. He says he understands why she's hesitating. And if she doesn't want to meet him and talk to him, that's okay with him. He says this world/society is very weird. They're always talking about others. And if he suddenly stopped talking to her, even then they'll continue to talk about them. He tells her this is her life. She can't let other people to make her decisions. He says even then, if she feels that all the world's problems will be solved if they don't talk, then they won't talkđ Telling her to take care, he heads towards his car. Radha thinks to herself that Pranay was right. And she should thank him for all his support. Aur waise bhi, dono ek hi ghar jaa rahe hai. So there's nothing wrong in going with him. As he's about to get into his car, she stops him and walks up to the car. She tells him that he's right. When she knows she didn't do anything wrong, she should stop worrying about what other people say. They both get in the car and drive away.
The next scene shows Ishita angrily telling Radha that she's already said she doesn't want to take these medicines. So why is she forcing her? Radha says these medicines are very important for her treatment. Grudgingly, Ishita takes the medicines and asks for water. As Radha is getting the water to her, Ishita throws the medicines in her face. She asks Radha if she's understood now that Ishita doesn't want the medicines. Radha, with a smile, tells her she can take them later. Ishita closes her eyes to rest and Radha bends down to pick up the medicines that Ishita threw. She sits in a chair and watches Ishita sleep. Ishita thinks to herself behind closed lids, that Radha must have left by now. (So she wasn't sleeping...just waiting for Radha to leaveđ ). She opens her eyes and is shocked to see Radha still there. Ishita says she hasn't left yet. She says she thought while she was sleeping, Radha would have left for her need. Radha says how could she leave. She is here for her observation and as long as she's here, she has no other need but to take care of Ishita. She says she can't leave her and go somewhere on duty. Ishita finally asks her to give the medicine. Radha gives her the pills and this time, Ishita does take them. Radha asks hesitantly if Ishita will drink fruit juice and Ishita tells her to bring the juice. Radha comes back with the juice and Ishita begins drinking it. Just then Pranay enters the room and is shocked to see this change. Radha smiles at him and looking satisfied, Pranay leaves the room. Ishita drinks half the juice and tells Radha she can't drink anymore. Some juice accidentally spills on Radha's dress and she tells Ishita that she'll go to the wash room and clean it. IShita nods and closes her eyes again. As she's sleeping, a man enters the room. Only his feet and shadow are shown. He walks over to Ishita's side of the bed and covers her mouth with his gloved hand. She opens her eyes and tries to push him away but to no avail. She flails her arms about and knocks over the phone. The episode ends on her scared face.
