Detailed Update:
The episode starts with a replay of Mohit's accident.
Back at Radha's house she is still very worried as Yash comes to her and asks her if everything is fine. She informs him about Mohit and he asks her, what is there to be worried about? They should just go to the garage and see for themselves. Radha agrees but adds that she does not have enough courage to go on her own. Yash volunteers to go with her.
Just then the doorbell rings and Radha opens it to find Tripti and Uma – both of whom are looking very distraught. On asking Tripti informs Radha and Yash about Mohit's accident. She is stunned and all four immediately head to the hospital.
(This scene was quite surprising as I found Radha's reactions to be delayed and there was something lacking in her acting)
Hospital…
After enquiring at the reception, all four move towards Mohit's room when they are stopped by Ketki who refuses to let them in despite their pleading as Sajni looks on from a corner. Looking at her troubled expression, Sajni realizes that Mohit is Radha's fiance and smiles cunningly as she decides to increase her worry even more – she will see how Radha gets to go into meet him.
Radha is still asking Kekti to allow her in who passes a comment in return; asking how long will she stand here shamelessly, asking the same question?
Sajni also arrives and asks what's going on? Kekti informs her that these are all insisting to go in, but if I allow them then sir will be angry – who will be responsible for this?
Sajni sternly scolds Radha – you work here and therefore should know the rules and regulations.
Finally Radha gives up and leads Uma, Tripti and Yash away from the door and seats them down, consoling Uma and Tripti before she prays for Mohit. The doctor then comes out and informs them that they can meet the patient.
They go in and Uma weeps at seeing Mohit bandaged. She asks what did they do wrong to anyone? Mohit asks her o stop crying as he can't see her like this, and besides, he is fine.
Tripti blames herself for Mohit's condition and calls herself a burden on his life. Mohit remains calm and lovingly tells her that she can never be a burden on his life. Though he may worry about her, the accident has nothing to do with her.
He wipes away her tears and asks her to smile, teasing her that whilst crying she looks like a monkey. Tripti laughs through her tears as she remembers Mohit used to say the same thing when they were kids.
A nurse comes and hands over a prescription of medicines to Uma who decides to go and get them along with Tripti. Once they are gone Radha moves towards Mohit's bed and they both gaze at each other before she asks about how h is feeling? He returns the question and she tells him that after hearing about the accident she had become really worried. If something had happened to him then…
He cuts her of by saying that nothing happened to him. Grasping her hand he assures her that he will not leave her side and no-one can make him – not even God.
Another sweet staring session.
Radha's home…
Aai and Meghna (who looks very bored and tired) are sitting in the hall. Suddenly Avinash comes out and asks what they are doing up so late. Meghna replies that they are waiting for Radha as she has gone to the hospital to meet Mohit.
Avinash looks annoyed as he checks his watch and says that it is way to late to meet someone at the hospital – why does she need to wait for so long.
Aai seems deep in thought at his words.
The doorbell rings and Meghna opens it to find Radha and Yash. They walk in and Aai is stiff as Radha apologises for being late, saying that they had no choice as Mohit was hurt so badly. But Yash had phoned to inform them.
Uma agrees haughtily saying that this is why they are still up. When a young girl stays at the hospital till late at night then the family members are left worrying. She plainly tells her that she does not like Radha staying so late for someone who is 'gher' ( a stranger)
Radha objects saying that he is not an outsider to the family whilst Aai says he is not one of our own either. Meghna smirks and Avinash is still angry.
Uma then asks Meghna to take the room number of Radha as now they will have to go meet Mohit as well.
Radha kneels in front of Dadi and complains to her that despite so much taking place, Mohit is still worried about restarting his work and earning the money as quickly as possible.
Dadi comforts her saying that this is how it always is. Even her dada was like this; worrying about his family more than himself. Radha says that she can not see Mohit struggling with so many worries like this and that she wants to help him and share his responsibilities. She's thinking about taking on another job.
Dadi caresses her face as she tells her that you already work day and night at the hospital, so how will you manage this. Radha replies that she doesn't know how, but she wants to help Mohit and she will – no matter how hard she works.
Next morning at the hospital…
Uma is sitting beside Mohit when Tripti comes with the medicines. They realize that there is no water in the jug and Tripti volunteers to get some. Outside she is walking, but suddenly stops as she sees a man – her husband.
He asks her how Mohit is doing but she does not reply. Instead she asks him what he is doing here. Her husband replies by saying to see Mohit as he had heard about the accident and decided to see him.
Tripti tells him to stop the pretence as she knows how much he actually cares about her brother. She warns him to stay away from her family and is walking away when he stops her. He agrees that he will not ask about how Mohit is, but can he at least ask his wife when will she be coming back?
Tripti looks at him stunned and asks him what wife is she talking about? The one who was constantly put down by her in-laws will you just stood and watched. He tries to reason with her but she does not budge saying that she has heard enough and will never come back now.
Her husband is shocked and upset and unable to stop her. Tripti walks away and Radha stands at a corner watching all this.
Office…
Avinash saab is sleeping in his chair when the boss walks past and is surprised to see him like that. He shakes him awake and scolds him saying that this is not his home, but the office. Avinash apologises saying that he could not sleep all night as he was working in the office itself. As soon as morning came he rushed home, freshened up and cam straight back. The boss is having a hard time believing it and Avinash adds that he can ask the peon if he wishes.
The boss stops the peon and asks him who looks very confused at the question. He glances at Avinash who pleads behind the boss's back before pulling out some money. The peon agrees and the boss turns around saying that he is very impressed with Avinash and is happy to see his dedication to work. He leaves and Avianhs sits down contently.
The poem comes back with an empty tea cup and on Avinash's asking, says it's for the money. Avinash smirks as he brings out a small wad of notes, flicks through them before putting a small amount in the peon's cup who looks dissatisfied.
Hospital…
Sajni is shown walking in the corridor, blowing on her nails etc. at the same time someone in a white uniform is shown holding a tray with a jug ful of water, dancing as he walks. They collide and fall on the floor.
As Sajni tries to collect herself and looks very angry, the peon (?) gazes at her and the song "Chaudvin ka chand" plays in the background. He is immediately thrown back into a black and white version of the even where he is gazing at her admiringly as Sajni is also looking very coy while the wind blows her hair.
He is brought out of his daydream as Sajni starts hurling insults at him and asking him if he can see or not? A very worried looking Radha and her giggling friend move towards them and help them up while Sajni is still angry, saying that he has spilt water all over her, and now she will report him and get him kicked out of the job.
Radha asks Sajni to forgive him and not take the matter any further. Sajni stamps her foot and storms away.
Mohit's room…
Radha fixes his sheets as he looks at her lovingly. She tries to go but he holds her hand and they have another staring session.
She asks him what happened and he replies by saying that something good came out of the accident – he got to spend more time with her in the hospital. Otherwise she is always here and he is always at the garage pining to see her.
Three of Radha's friends, who were walking past, stop and watch as Mohit pulls her gently forward and they have another staring session. They start giggling and catch Radha's attention.
All three of them come in and apologise saying that they had come to ask about his health – but how were they to know that he was busy. Mohit says something about good friends – they will remain that way whether they come at the right time, or the wrong time. The friends then decide to stay and say that at least they'll get to serve their jiju this way, and end up laughing again.
Meghna and Aai watch this from the door and while Meghna smirks, Aai does not look too happy.
