Do you really think any of the marriage was "registered"? In courts eyes marriage needs to be registered first.

Even if it's Hindu Marriage Act unless and until the marriage is not registered in court, I don't think there will be any need of divorce.

And I see in ITV how idiotically they show things. Like in a forced marriage they show divorce procedures jaha registration hi nahi tha😆

So I understand why audience thinks like this 🤔

But seriously expecting any logical stuff from this show or majority of Indian shows is illogical itself 🤣

Even if that marriage was registered, the fact that it wasnt consumated there cant be a divorce only annulment which means after its done it'll be like she was never married at all.
